Kim Esnard founded The Child Care Coach in 2012 after noticing dwindling support and training for childminders.
She currently works alongside local authorities to provide childminding training workshops, and has over 20 years’ experience in childcare and has been rated Outstanding twice by Ofsted.
She is a member of NEYTCO and is a Pacey local training provider. She specialises in one-to-one coaching for existing and newly registered childminders. She provides individualised packages covering registration, documentation, inspections, SEF and implementation of all areas of the EYFS.
Her vision is to see an army of childminders across the country standing tall as professionals.
