This new reflective document aims to support reflection throughout the continuous development process.
Included in this guide is a selection of templates for staff to use to aid their professional and personal development and to record positive evidence of their unique learning journey.
This guide has been used in settings to build on staff expertise and knowledge and to demonstrate how they process their new learning and how it reflects positively on maintaining and enhancing quality and, more importantly, making sure that every child reaches their full potential.
In addition, this toolkit can be used effectively to show how you are using the Early Years Pupil Premium within your setting.
